Bob Methvin and Rodney Miller of McCallum, Methvin & Terrell successfully tried a securities case before a Montgomery County jury. After a week and a half of trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff. In addition to the verdict, the court awarded the plaintiff and MM&T attorney fees and costs for a total award of over $850,000.
